Yesterday I was all about chocolate having no calories and my husband gave me a Purdy’s “D”. It was dark chocolate (less sugar but lots of good old bioflavinoids and taste) and would last me two cravings for sure. Then the girls came over. Sigh!!!! Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate… then turkey dinner…then apple pie with french vanilla ice cream. I love French vanilla ice cream. Heck there was not one thing I didn’t like about the food available yesterday. But I promised my Health Challenge that I would keep a food journal, so, here it is for yesterday.

Well, as you can see, I went way off the rails but this was a true journal of the easter experience. Now, today, I’m back on track, filling out my journal, and making turkey stock for soup from the bits and bones. Way low in calories and carbs. I’ll add veggies and enjoy.
