Ask Dr Oz The Secret To Losing Weight! Or just….
I am overwhelmed by all the fat reducing options advertised (adverteased) on the internet. TV is bad enough. They’ll show you the Jenny Craig commercial right after the Burger King commercial. Sigh. But, now that I’ve been blogging about weight loss etc. diet advertising has been showing up on the Facebook. It’s all over the advertising ribbons that run all down the sides of every page and show up sometimes in my feed. More sighs.
You can buy pants that will make you lose weight like Skinny Knickers or Zaggorra pants. So will wrapping yourself in Saran wrap but don’t do it for all day and the water comes back anyways. Mind you your husband may look at you a little differently and not necessarily in a bad way.
You(I) could aways follow something Dr. Oz recommends like, green coffee bean extract, acai berries, garcinia cambogia, mangosteens, and Indian sphaeranthus. These are amazing substances and they work but you have to know what you are doing and what is real and what is just sold for an amazingly high price over the internet where you may not be getting what you hoped for.
Because weight loss (fat loss) is one of the number one issues for women and why they(I) watch Dr Oz, just go to his site and look up the “secret of losing weight“. There were 368 results. Hmmm. This includes exercise, diets, supplements and other ways. It is quite overwhelming. But the method he and his learned guests always come back to is healthy eating and being active.
So the secret is out. Burn more fat/calories/food than you take in and, guess what? You will lose weight. Choosing one way to accomplish this will get you/me success. Of course most of us will have to work at it, and I hate work that feels like work. And we/I may get bored. I can do this. I will be posting some more info on diets, exercise regimes, and other stuff related to reducing weight and helping with the side effects of being over weight. Things like cinnamon is supposed to help lower blood sugar for diabetics but there isn’t enough in one cinnamon bun to do the trick. Sigh!
Thanks for listening. ;D Diane
