I heard about this on the radio this morning. It’s called Prancercise trademarked as an exercise regime by Joanna Rohrback.

I don’t know about this. It’s definitely an aerobic activity. The woman is no spring chicken and there isn’t a visible bit of fat on her. The ankle weights are good, too. The idea of prancing around my yard or, worse/better, in public scares the crap out of me. I could imagine I’m a unicorn that will get back to rainbow if I lose this earthly weight (Yes, I have a rich fantasy life.) You could Prancercise Gangham Style. Any exercise is good and you burn calories doing it. I would help my self-image for sure.
