Life-Saving Chocolate!
I picked up a Lindt 70% chocolate bar for my desk at work for those time when I absolutely have to have something sweet. There have been all kinds of articles about how good chocolate is for us – NOW! It seems that chocolate is full of antioxidants and helps restore our seratonin. I don’t really know what an antioxidant is but I’m glad to have them.
This Lindt bar has pretty large squares and one melting slowly on your tongue is glorious and seems to take away all the cravings for chocolate and sweets. Mmmmmm… It will even give me the energy to go for a walk at break. I sure need the exercise. I have lost all the weight I gained since Christmas (not that much) and I am down to my pre-Christmas weight. What I would like to do is lose my baby weight and they’re grown women!
Ok, it’s Saturday and I have to do the grocery shopping. I’ve had my fruit salad breakfast. I sure love those Buck Brand Ruby Red grapefruit! I’ll wear my pedometer and go the long way from aisle to aisle.
Thanks for listening. Here’s a recipe for Death by Chocolate. ;D Diane (PS: It’s not low calorie.
