Eat Healthy! Use the “Colour” Scheme!

A friend sent this to me and I am so grateful to her and thankful that of one of my favourite diets is reaffirmed!

Colour is Good!

Yesterday I went to the doctor  for my yearly physical.

My  blood pressure was high. My cholesterol was high.   I’d gained some weight, and I didn’t feel so hot.

My doctor  said eating right doesn’t have to be complicated and it would solve my physical problems.

She said: Just  think in colours. Fill your plate with bright  colours.

Try some greens,  orangesreds,  maybe something yellow,  etc.  and eat an entire bowl of bright colours.

 

And sure enough, I felt better immediately !! 

I  never knew eating right could be so easy!!

Now stay healthy,  eat your colours, and have a nice day!

For our American friends: you can have M&M’s instead of Smarties!
