Oreos Save My Day

How about I let you read my food journal for yesterday? This is for fun but I love the whole concept:

BREAKFAST:
1/2 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast, dry
8 oz. skim milk

LUNCH:
4 oz. lean broiled chicken breast
1 cup steamed spinach
1 cup herb tea
1 Oreo cookie

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK:
The rest of Oreos in the package
1 carton Oreo ice cream, nuts, cherries and whipped cream
1 jar hot fudge sauce

DINNER:
2 loaves garlic bread
4 cans or 1 large pitcher Coke
1 large sausage, mushroom and cheese pizza
3 Mars bars

LATE EVENING NEWS:
Entire frozen Sara Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from freezer)

I wish! This diet is actually supposed to reduce stress. I have no idea who originally wrote it. And, by-the-way, Oreo has released a new flavour: Birthday Cake complete with coloured sprinkles in the cake-flavoured filling. Enjoy.

Thanks for listening.  ;D Diane

  1. Ha ha ha! hilarious! whoever wrote this lost all restraint after lunch. Afternoons are typically my most crave-riddled time. I’m constantly dodging a powerful NEED for chocolate at about 430 pm.

  2. Reblogged this on Inspiredweightloss.
