Well, yesterday, by the time I got to work, I felt pretty. It was a beautiful morning and for the greater Victoria area – cold. Enough of that.

Tonight I go to the Weight Loss Surgery Support Group.  I’ve never been before but after all the food I ate yesterday I need to go. I am using a food journal but it doesn’t actually act as a food controller just the record of my folly. I had such a craving for ham croquettes that I had to make some.  It was a disaster and I have a small pile of ham mush balls but they taste amazing and – since there isn’t any way to truly gauge a serving size – I ate a bunch.

So, today I am uncomfortable and have TBW right after work then the WLS group so I should, I mean will be OK! I will carefully watch and record what I eat. We’ll see what falls out the other side tomorrow!
