Have You Said “Thank You”, Lately?

I just watched this TED video.  If you can spare 18 minutes it’s really worth it!

Neil Pasricha: The 3 A’s of awesome | Video on TED.com

I have to be honest (authentic), I don’t say “thank you” enough.  I know it’s a little late for a thanksgiving but I have to say it to acknowledge how important these people and things are to me and how grateful I am that they have touched my life.
Thanks to my Mom who made the mashed potatoes green for St. Patrick’s day.
Thanks to Dale for idolizing me even when she found out I was smoking Export A’s (she’s forgiven me) and she’s one of my idols.
Thanks to Dave for always treating me like an equal.
Thanks to Doug for singing the Batman theme song when he was 2!
Thanks to my Dad for reading to me out if the Encyclopaedia Britannica since I was born. And people wonder why I am such a know it all.
Thanks to Norm for the unconditional love and road trips!
Thanks to Shauna for calling me at 3 in the morning to tell me the northern lights were visible.
Thanks to Leanne for the Manifest Dysentery!
And thanks to so many more….
According to Neil Pasricha, it is these awesome things and people who make life, well, life!  Life is awesome if you have the right attitude.
Thank you, Neil.
